Yoga…

Yoga has offered me solace in the storm, peace in the quiet moments, the deep listening to my mind and ultimately the knowing that life is a process and I am in the flow. I call this Santosha - this deep knowing that all is well, a fulfilling and inspiring contentment. I discovered yoga when I was a teenager , but it wasn’t til about a decade ago when I met my teacher that I was able to learn, grow and ultimately, after using my own practice as my laboratory, to be able to bring the fullness of this ancient wisdom to thousands of students through my teaching.

As a yoga meditation and yoga nidra teacher I offer my students the path to deepen their practice and connect with the part of themselves that shows them they are limitless and that life is a gift. I offer public classes, workshops, immersions, retreats and private sessions with a focus on hatha yoga practice and yoga nidra. I’ve been a teacher in the San Francisco bayarea now for well over a decade. This unique fast paced environment that breeds such creative innovation, also is a hot bed for anxiety, depression and the feeling that we just don’t have enough time. What I want to bring to this culture is that we actually do, and when we take the time to connect into ourselves deeply we realize that we omnipotent and free. I truly believe that yoga practice is the most selfish, selfless priority for this unique time in our lives.
